I've been working on the FJ60 for the past month and a half, so I've been riding the bike as my only form of transportation. Not a bad thing at all, especially with our weak winter. That being said, it hasn't been all sun...

A Couple from the Road

Haven't done this in awhile, but heres a couple pictures that we have been sent, and some that we stole, from friends from across the pond.

Andy and Chris, Bavaria

Richy, Jokers, Sweden

Rogues MC, Wicky, Bouncer, and Mike the Bike, Holland

Chopper Freaks MC, Norway. Drink one for us!

Robert, Chopper Kingz, France

And on a side note: people making orders from the online store, packages get sent out at the end of every week. It has typically been two weeks for things to arrive to Europe, and a little longer to Australia and NZ. Thanks for the orders, and we'll see everyone on the road!

A Couple Weeks Ago

A couple of us headed up hwy 49 to see Gus off. Ended up at the "wettest place in Dry Town" for a couple, and then back on the road south before the sun dissapeared.

Angels Camp, Main Street

Not a lot of water. Gus

Dry Town, hwy 49

Aaron caught up with us for the ride home.

Issues, of course! Throttle cable broke at the bottom of Mokelumne River canyon. Had to use my hand the whole way up the other side.

Stripped it apart, and wrapped the cable around the grip with electrical tape. Then tied a piece of bailing wire around the cable sleeve end to my risers for the cable stay. Worked pretty good. But you couldn't really "twist it back"!

Doing a Little of This

New plugs and advance weights...

Test ride turned into a whole fiasco: ran out of gas, as I was coasting down the road, ran a stop sign. The only car in sight was a cop. Dude pulled me over instantly, and the only thing on me was $3.07. But the nice gentleman let me go! He had to laugh though, because my bike was so quite as I passed him.

After putting the last of my change in the fuel tank, finally got to enjoy a little of this: 70F, January 2015!

Mystery Solved!

Jason tore down his transmission the other night to try and figure out the unexplained crack in his tranny case on new years day. Apparently a broken 3rd gear got hung up and threw the shift fork into the inside of the case. Oops!
